My Story 

             When I was in high school I was diagnosed with multiple food allergies & a gluten intolerance, which promoted my desire to help individuals reach their nutritional goals no matter their story. As a division one student athlete at LaSalle University my passion for nutrition increased as I learned how food plays an integral part in athletic performance & the overall health of the individual. These life experiences coupled with growing up in South Jersey; I fell in love with the culture of delicious food & farm fresh produce.

               I received my Bachelor’s of Science degree in Nutrition from LaSalle University & completed my post graduate work through the competitive Sodexo Philadelphia Internship becoming a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist. Throughout my journey with nutrition I have worked in various & diverse arenas from inner-city Philadelphia to suburban New Jersey & everywhere in between. After receiving my clinical foundation at an urban Philadelphia hospital I began nutrition counseling with a desire to help people no matter their unique health situation may be. Currently my practice focuses on overall wellness, intuitive eating, weight management & sports nutrition with a special place for indiviudals impacted by Celiac, Crohn's & IBS.
